Binx

Binx is a big guy but he sure does love cuddles! He will plop on over for belly rubs any day. He really does love humans and will take all of the love he can get. Goodl uck trying to step away from this cutie!

Binx was picked up by Illinois animal control and spent several months in a foster home before being brought to Belladonna by Kanda Farm Sanctuary.

Billy

When Billy first arrived at Belladonna, he was jumpy and terrified. After daily positive attention, he really started to open up and is now a totally different pig! Billy enjoys belly rubs and often gets cases of the piggy zoomies.

Jax

Jax is clearly in charge when it comes to our group of piggy friends. While he may try and keep all of the food for himself, he very rarley turns down cuddles from the other residents.

Sozo

Be prepared for Sozo's sweet puppy dog eyes and smile to melt your heart! Also known as "Mr. Socks" because of his all white feet, Sozo is a total sweetheart!

Sozo was one of several pigs rescued from an Indiana hoarding situation by Kanda Farm Sanctuary before being adopted by us!

Bridget

Currently the only girl pig at the farm, Bridget is nothing short of SASSY. This girl knows what she wants, when she wants it, and will be sure to let you know.

Johnie

Johnie loves to make his human friends laugh. He will untie your shoe laces and then run around saying "I love you!" with piggy purrs.

Neo

Neo is one of the friendliest pigs you may ever meet! He will follow you around until you give him attention and then quickly plop down for infinite belly rubs.

Neo was brought to Belladonna as a baby. He was found by a friend while traveling and has been here ever since!

Timone

Timone is a sweet Kunekune pig who loves to roam and explore. He was rescued after being left in a basement sitting in his own urine and feces for who knows how long. Timone was brought to Belladonna after getting vetted and now roams with the sheep! (Kunekunes are grazing pigs so they need space to roam and graze).

Dino (Dean Martin)

Originally one of about 10 foster sheep, Dino quickly worked his way into the hearts of everyone here. He was our first "foster-fail" and wants nothing more than constant love and affection. Dino is the jealous type, though, and will head-butt if he finds his humans paying attention to other residents.

Dino was one of dozens of sheep surrendered from a farm in Illinois. With the help of Jenkins Forever Farm and numerous volunteers, we were able to bring 8 of them to Belladonna!

Bernie

Bernie is a gentle giant. He has taken a particular interest in ensuring baby Blossom is safe and supervised at all times. He is often seen taking blossom on walks or cuddling with his newfound love, Shirley.

Shirley

Shirley is easily the noisest resident of Belladonna. She has got all of the gossip and wants to share! Sherley may be a mama (to resident Blossom) but she wont let that slow her down! After all, she has Bernie to help out.

Blossom

Blossom came to Belladonna as a little lamb with her mom, Shirley. She was quirky and shy at first but has quickly warmed up, especially to children. We love that we get to see her beautiful personality bloom here!

Ruth (The Notorious)

When it comes to the sheep, Ruth is clearly the one in charge. She runs the place and makes sure everyone knows it. She and Deliliah (the farm puppy) butt heads often (literally). But she will kindly accept love and food from human friends.

Ruth was far along in a pregnancy when we agreed to take her in. Unfortunatley, a winter storm delayed things and Ruth lost her baby before arriving at Belladonna.

Lex

Lex prefers to stay on the mysterious side, and doesn't tend to say much. However, he can be quite the trouble-maker if the opportunity arises. It's always the quiet ones.

Frank (Sinatra)

Frank is a small guy with greying eyes and a quiet personality. He enjoys long walks in the woods and will wonder around the enclosure while the others are still relaxing inside the barn. Not necessarily a loner, but knows the value in a little alone time.

Bonnie

Bonnie is an adventurous, outdoor princess. She wants to spend every possible second exploring nature, but will still come inside to drink water from the sink and use her litter box. After all, she's not a savage.

Bonnie was taken in as a "free kitten" from a flea-ridden home. She quickly received all necessary vet care and started enjoying her new life full of cuddles and adventure.

Sassafras

Sassafras was found left in a crate in a church parking lot and taken to a shelter in WI. The shelter tried finding her a home for months with no success and so she was set to be euthanized. Sassy came to Belladonna along with 3 other cats and here she will get to live out the long kitty life ahead of her 🥰 we are loving getting to know this spunky and cuddly girl!

Cleopatra

Cleo was also at a shelter for months where she battled a nasty infection. After months of no success finding a home, Cleo was running out of time and set to be euthanized before comming to Belladonna. She can be somewhat grumpy but accepts love on her terms. We're beyond happy she can live out her life here with us ❤

Meeko

Meeko is named after the racoon from Pocahontas. Not pictured is Meeko's racoon-like tail. Meeko is a small girl who has lived the past few months in a shelter. While at the shelter, meeko gave birth to a litter of kittens who unfortunately did not survive. There, Meeko became a foster mama to other kittens at the shelter. Meeko was also the list to be euthanized before coming to Belladonna. Meeko is tiny but mighty and FULL of spunk!!!

Teddy and Shadow

Teddy and Shadow were surrendered to Belladonna after living their life as neglected "class pets" in a pre-k classroom. They had a small fish tank and very little room to move. Their nails had never been clippled leaving their little feet dysformed. They are now happily integrated into a large 10ft x 10ft enclosure with the other Belladonna guidea pigs!
